In order to ensure we supply to the highest standard possible. Astra’s current achievements is working to ISO TS 16949 obtained in 2004. This has assisted Astra in achieving one of our KPI’s (key performance indicators) of <25PPM (parts per million rejects).
Quality Technology
Astra Engineering Products Ltd supply small to large automotive pressings and assemblies which can be measured with a bridge type co ordinate measuring machine with a bed size of 1500 x 1000 x 800 using programmable CAD software.
Special purpose attribute/variable checking fixtures are built to customer requirements.
