Press Capacity
- We have a combined press capacity of over 7,000 tons in a wide range of power press’s, 12 of which are over 300t each.
- Interrogation of CAD information of most types can be carried out to allow detailed assessment of requirements.
- Generation of full documentations from feasibility to P.W.S. sign off by customer, including full CpK verification on our CNC CMM facility.
- All finished parts are stored in separate warehouse, to ensure good control for shipping of parts on our own vehicles.
- In Line with TS 16949 we carry out preventative and required maintenance on tools and equipment.
- We are able to undertake a complete package of work, tooling; small progression stampings to large multi stage complex pressings, with various finishing when specified.

- Sub-Assembly work is also provided such as welding, weld nuts and manual assembly; this allows us to provide a complete solution to our customer
